1. PHONE/MAIL/EMAIL – We will do all the work for you including completing all paperwork by way of talking to you via the telephone. We will then post the documents to you and again via the telephone explain to you where to sign etc.

2. OUR OFFICE – You can visit our office and again we will do all the work for you including completing all paperwork.

3. VISIT YOU – Depending on where you live we may be able to come to your home or work and again do all the work for you including completing all paperwork.

No matter what we always complete all the paperwork for you. Some firms say they will do this and then the first thing they ask you to do is fill in some forms.

THE PRICE – The basic fee for completing all the paperwork and filing it with the Government Bankruptcy office is $495.00. You can call us for a quote and if your situation means a different fee we will explain why.
